There are some changes to the order process. The catalog has been changed to show inventory quantities and each product size and color has been given an "Item Number".

The order form has also been modified to include the item number so you no longer need to put in size or color of a product on the order form, only the item number and quantity.

Please print the order form and fill out all required fields including shipping cost as determined by your ZIPCODE on the ZONE Chart.

write your check or money order to "USS Threadfin Association" and mail the check and order form to the address on the bottom of the order form.

If you don't have a printer, simply call me and I will fill out a form for you and we will determine the check amount to send me. I will include a copy of your order form with the shipment.

No products will be shipped until I have received a filled out form and your check, for the full amount.

Note: a $0.70 charge for USPS Priority mail Tracking is mandatory for your piece of mind and mine, so please don't forget to add it to your total.
